I’ve been blogging for some time now, first as just a hobby, and now as a steady source of income. I have in fact already purchased (and sold) more domains than I dare count. What I have learned in the time that I have been doing what I do best is a far cry from what little I know when I first started this venture. I was afraid at first, as I didn’t know if I would last in this field. I had doubts about whether this would be a good source of income for me. I didn’t even know then the importance of a reliable web site hosting, nor did I pay any attention to SEO for my sites. The latter I’m still learning the ropes of up to now, as I believe that SEO for any site is an on-going process, but domain hosting is something that I can say I am already a sort of an expert on, what with the number of companies that I have tried hosting my sites on in the past.
In fact, I am already approached by some of my friends for advice when it comes to the subject, and I gladly offer my thoughts. I offer my humble suggestions about determining whether they need dedicated hosting, how long a billing cycle should they invest on, and even recommendations on where to find the best web hosts around. Not the web hosting goddess, surely, I am far from being that, but I am glad with what little help I can extend to my friends when they call for my help. I know that like me, they hope that they can run to someone to help them regarding what actions to take, and me being in a position to do that, I don’t think I can pass the chance up to give my solicited advice.
