Our cashew plantation is looking good. Our plants are growing well and some trees are already bearing some fruit. I think next year we will be in business and hopefully we can become one of the top supplier of cashew nuts in the Philippines in the future.
This is how cashew fruits and nuts look like when it’s ready to be harvested.
Cashew nuts are very popular snack but there are many uses for cashew like the cashew apple (fruit) when mashed can be turned into wine. And the young leaves can be used in salads as well.
I am sure it would be lots of fun to experiment
