Funky Maternity Fashion

by Jade on February 14, 2009

I just can’t wait to get pregnant. Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful and memorable moment in a woman’s life. Obviously we would want to look amazing and  have great memories of this – I am actually already looking around already for cool maternity clothes.

You might be thinking I am crazy cause I am not even pregnant yet – let’s just say I like to be prepared. I am hoping it will happen sooner than later.

In the past pregnant women go through a fashion crisis at the time of their pregnancy. The reason is that not many clothes stores carry nice maternity clothes or if there was any it – they were just utterly plain ugly!

In my search, I came across a funky Maternal America tankini. It is really hot! Who says you have to stay home and hide your bumps when you can flaunt it. I will certainly do – when the time comes.

I am also eying the Bella Band which you can wear when your bump is not totally there yet,  to be used on top of your pre- pregnancy jeans/pants to give you a funky look, it can be like a sort of belt too.

When you have given birth, don’t worry about the bulging  tummy, Belly Bandit will help you get it back.  It is a great support for your back and legs. Now I know what to wear – we just need for the bump to actually come.

*hint* My birthday is coming up next month Ehemmm ehemm…

Hi,

You have a nice blog. A 40-week pregnancy is really just a blip in our whole life time, but the problem with clothing during that time is very painful. Keeping this in mind, two best friends and mother of two children each started http://www.bellybundles.com. We have high quality maternity clothes there and we would like to hear your feedback on our products.

Thanks,
Carina – Maternity clothing
