I’ve been thinking of becoming a vegan as I told you on my last post. So that’s why I have been eating the foods I love lately. Dilis (anchovies) with fried rice, Steamed Crab (Mmmmm yum!) Pancit Canton with Fried Egg. My gosh I am just having a blast I don’t know if I could ever do it.
Some might say I need to get the best diet pills right away but I think I will just enjoy this. I am not overeating or something, I still remain in the 55 – 56 kg range so I think there’s nothing to worry about yet.
All this food talk is making me hungry, maybe I will eat some tuyo( dried fish) today…

All the things you mentioned are the foods I love – dilis, tuyo, pancit canton. Yummy! If only I still don’t pack up the pounds like I used to when I was younger. sigh!

If you love all these food, I’m afraid you cannot be a vegan UNLESS you have a strong enough reason to turn into one.
Why be a full time vegan? Might be better if you be part time vegan – meaning, one day is a non vegan day, the next is a vegan day and keep alternating. In this way, you will make sure you keep your weight in check.
I do know that you lose weight very fast once you be a vegan. Cos I tried to follow a vegetarian diet for 2 weeks once and I lost quite a lot of weight! : )
