I try to live as healthy as I can. I eat 5 different fruits and vegetables a day. I wish though that I could lose some weight. I find it really hard to lose weight. One of my schoolmate mentioned to me once that she is doing a colon cleanse and that triggered my curiosity so now I am reading about the benefits of colon cleansing and trying to decide if it’s something for me. Have any of you done it? Did it brought you good results?

How about eat regularly, skip those snacks and don’t dine above 6pm?
Agree sis… I think, losing weight is more of a feat as we get older. Ako nga, ilang years na nagtra-try. Sometimes I lose it but most of the time, I gain twice as much kaya di na ako nagdi-diet. I tried colonic cleansing pero parang mas tumaba ako. Haaayyyyy
