The holiday season has come and gone and now we are left with the extra weight. Many of us are now signing up for gym membership and trying real hard to lose these extra kilos.
But my problem is I don’t like the gym because I get bored after awhile. I just wish I resisted the temptation in indulging on the sumptuous meals we had during the holidays. Do you have any fat burner advice you can share?

i also gained a few pounds after the holiday, so im trying to be back in shape again and be ready for the summer
