I want to be a loser!

by Jade on December 27, 2008

The New year is coming I think it’s just a perfect time to start fresh. I am thinking of losing a few kilos in 2009. I am not overweight or anything. I am of 5’3” tall and weigh 124 lbs. so that is still in the healthy range according to my BMI calculation. But the thing is, I am hoping of carrying and growing a cute little human being in my body for nine months so preparing my body for this is a must.

I don’t need to be super duper skinny, all I want is to have a toned body. From what I have heard pregnancy is like a marathon, you have to train for it. They said that toning my stomach muscles before pregnancy will lessen pregnancy misery. Toned overall muscles will also make life easier before and after the baby is delivered. To me that sounds a very good reason to work out.

Anyway, are you familiar of Jillian’s biggest loser show? It’s a very popular show in the US with Jillian Michaels where contestants who lose the most weight, wins. I have seen a few episodes of the Biggest Loser Families and I think that this show is truly inspiring and very motivating.

Jillian Michaels seems to be a very hard working trainer, it would be great to have someone like her helping you get toned and stay motivated. I wan to be a loser too!

I want to be a loser too! :D It would be nice to have a toned body.

When you want to get a Nonya dress in Katong, give me a call. I’ll recommend a shop that sells Nonya clothes at reasonable prices.

And we could have Nonya Hi-tea after that. :)

The shop is at Katong Shopping Centre. I know the boss. We can take a look at the Peranakan culture along East Coast Road. :)

ECL – you don’t need to be a loser! You already have a toned body.

I would love to do that – we have only passed through Katong and walk there once a year ago but never really strolled leisurely.

I love the traditional style of old houses there.

Go over to KuyaKevin.com and look up “Four Fitness Myths”–I think that article would help. Blessings.
