I didn't notice any changes in my mood but I did have trouble sleeping and felt sick so I stopped taking it after a week (and didn't lose any weight). I was dumb and didn't get my refund, though, so I'm tempted to open my bottle again to see if I have a better experience next time because I don't want to think I wasted my money! :( Thank you so much for wishing me a happy blog anniversary and the nice comment.
