Stress and Pimples

Pimples, acne are not just for teenagers, adults especially women can get it too.  I have been getting really bad breakouts all over face especially my jawline.  I normally get it when I eat chocolate ( it’s so unfair :( ) but I haven’t been eating chocolate for awhile now so my guess is that it’s fatigue or stress  from moving and maybe blogging is causing me some stress too. I did lose some weight by blogging without taking any diet supplements but it is giving me pimples.

Maybe I should cut down on my blogging huh? *sigh*

I  searched for some acne treatments and decided I need to go see a doctor. I will be going tomorrow – hope she can help me. I am scared that it would  lead to serious scarring.

oh my! you’ve got company there, darlin! I’ve been dealing with this abysmal facial drama since september last year and it worsened when i shifted to try Chanel’s Précision Line. Now, I’m back to Clarins for about a fortnight already but I’m afraid there really are loads of scars…. :(

ps. also got them from chocolates but i stopped eating for months already. Hmmm, paging dermatologist? aww! they cost an arm & a leg on this side of the earth. You’re added in my blogroll now. Thanks!

try putting toothpaste on the said pimples overnight. just try it maybe it will work..:D

I never had pimples until I went into my twenties! Now I deal with them all the time! Hopefully it is just stress, or I might also have to see a doctor.

Try to eat foods that are rich in fiber, iron and zinc. They are particularly beneficial for your complexion.
