Nine months of carrying a baby inside you brings on a plethora of hormonal changes which in turn take their toll on your skin. After giving birth, you might suddenly notice an onset of blemishes such as blackheads on nose. However busy we new moms are, we should try not to neglect ourselves, as we can better take care of our baby when we look and feel good.
Try to get as much sleep as you can,to prevent under eye circles and dry skin. Drink lots of water to keep hydrated, especially if you breastfeed.
Regularly exfoliate your skin, to remove dark spots caused by hyperpigmentation. Get a facial and other professional skin treatments to help target pimples, etc. Deep condition your hair, and get it trimmed to get rid of split ends.
Overall, a pleasant outlook will help you look ravishing.

I have done these things since I became pregnant and became a mom. I think I need it badly but I am really busy with my little girl. Maybe one day when someone will look after my baby girl,
I am so worn out from having back to back pregnancies. I am also so busy with one almost walking and the other only a month old that I often forget that I like to look pretty and presentable all the time. I usually struggle with drinking water because I am so Used to drinking soda. But I am trying now to drink plenty of water. I actually keep it in the fridge because I like my drinks cold. I do agree with you, sleeping better, deep conditioning hair are all stuff I that I loved to do before I became a mommy.
