It’s almost summer time in Asia. I am really looking forward to it. I would be spending a lot of time in the balcony, the swimming pool and the beach – that’s my plan at least.
We will also have a week of vacation in April to the Philippines – it would be our first time to visit during the summer time so I am really curious if it’s as hot as I remember it.
In the Netherlands we spent most of our sunny days ( which is honestly very rare ) outside. When the sun comes out – we make sure that we make the most out of it. When you go outside you will notice that people are also more cheerful.
A good patio furniture is a must in every household in Holland. I don’t recall not seeing one in any house I have visited there. Today, you can have so much options available to suit each and every ones tastes. I personally like wicker furniture but with so many rainy days in The Netherlands – that wasn’t just an option.
If we were already living in the Philippines, I would like to have wicker furniture for our outside living area. There would either be a see through roof or a patio umbrella to protect us from the UV rays of the sun.
For now, I am not gonna spend so much money on buying stuff for the place we live in because we would definitely move again sometime and it’s better to just buy stuff in the Philippines.
