Get back on my feet

by Jade on October 13, 2009

The last couple of weeks I have been obsessing in finding ways to lose belly fat that has been a permanent resident on my body for awhile now.

I must admit though that I am finding it really difficult to lose weight in the Land of the Foodies. I have gained 3 kilos when I got pregnant ( unfortunately I am not anymore ) and  now I am trying to lose those kilos because I don’t want to be too heavy when we try to conceive again.

What I have done so far:

I try to get out more often now and walk at least an hour or two in a week with hubby.

I started using the ab roller again and hopefully I can see the result in a few months.

I try to eat less Pringles.

I eat a variety of fruit everyday.

I now eat breakfast.

I weigh 59 kilos at the moment, if I could just lose 3 -4 kilos I would be very happy.

i noticed that pushing yourself to jog or run a little at a time helps, tremendously with losing weight. especially towards gaining more energy and strength to do ab work outs. also, be sure to give your muscles time to rest. try not to jog or work out every single day. it’s harder to see results that way. try alternating your routines – maybe jog on mondays and wednesday, abs and weights on tuesdays and thursdays. take the weekend off and relax but don’t lose track of your diet.

honestly, you look really great for a mother.

i’m a huge health freak haha sorry if i wrote so much
