I am having another headache but this time it’s with our internet/cable provider, Starhub. We have been using them for 2 years but the last couple of months their service is kinda deteriorating.
I have filed a problem on Sunday with regards to internet and cable signal problems. Our internet connection is super slow and our residential line is acting up. It’s either there’s no dial tone or it is very bad. I sometime couldn’t watch a show decently because of the signal flactuations.
I already checked our Linksys router but that is not the problem. So come Monday, a technician came. He said that the problem is there is a splitter somewhere and that is disrupting things. What they can do is put extra wiring.
Okay so i called the landlord’s rep and told him the problem. They are okay to put extra wiring and have signed an authorization letter to have the wiring done.
No I have called Starhub to have them send over a technician to do the wiring. They said they will look into what wiring should be done etc etc and that they would call me back when they know more from the technician. I waited and waited. Day passed nobody called me back.
I have called several times to follow up and whenever I talk to their technical support they would say they will follow it up and then call me back.
Guess what, nobody has called me back yet!
As I write this I am siting at our condo restaurant where they have free wifi…but I cannot sit here all the time. Starhub, you are really pissing me off!

That sucks, you cant watch shows you like. thats the problem with services like that, they are so up to date when they need you to apply, now they leave you hanging in there. hope it’ll be fix soon mommy jade.

Grrr! kaka stress talaga kapag ganyan. Buti na lang sa Bayantel ok and service. They have this policy that if they failed to respond within 24 hours to your complain, P 500.00 will be slashed on your bill.
