My mom who lives in Canada came and visit us last December, few days after I have given birth. It was wonderful to have her around in this important moment in my life. In the morning she would take Sean outside to get some sun and also so that I could eat my breakfast or sometimes so I could sleep some more. It may sound very simple but believe me it’s a big help.
I enjoyed talking with my mom everyday and we talked about everything from her work in Canada, her friends and doing dog training for her dog. She’s now in Manila to spend some time with my brother and to see friends and families. I miss her already.
