My belly button has some serious attitude problem. She and my spine haven’t been getting along well recently and she is slowly moving away from spiney. I thought this is not very good. I need to do something about this.
So yesterday I decided I will try to get back in shape…I started using the Ab Roller that has been accumulating dust in one corner of the house for awhile now. Hubby and I were kind of monkeying around while I was doing it and I fell on the thing. My chest – it hurt! I almost had to call Seattle personal injury lawyer but then I remembered “Ohh we’re not in America”.
Lesson learned: take the ab exerxises seriously if you don’t want to fall flat on your face again.

Ouch! That must be painful! Moral of the story? Take your ad roller seriously and treat it with respect! haha!
You need to be careful there Jade. Confuses says play with ab roller and roll flat on face LOL.
