My father had a very bad cholesterol level, and his mom had diabetes. I should be careful that I don’t get what they had too. So far I think I have been pretty healthy and haven’t had the need to use any monitoring devices like a pulse oximeter, the thing that measures the oxygen in your blood.
I try to incorporate a lot of vegetables in our meals and to eat fruits for dessert. I think we are in pretty good shape, the only thing I am missing is a regular exercise but I think when we are finally in the farm, we will get enough exercise as we have plenty of things to tackle there.
