I bought seeds of these when we were abroad but I don’t know anymore where exactly. Now you can find this flower all over our plantation in random places because birds spread the seeds.
I have been taking lots of macro lately hoping that I could develop my skills in photography. I know I still have a long way to go…I don’t even know how to use photoshop :p

I love this photo, Mommy! Buhay na buhay ang kulay!
@ Tetcha – Oo nga eh kaya I photographed it kahit malapit na siya malanta
Wonderful macro shot! the color is terrific!
@ Linda Makiej – Thanks
What camera and lens are you using? That’s a very good marco shot!
You might wanna try Adobe Lightroom din, Photoshop is kind of complicated for me. Lightroom is photographer-friendly.
@ J Allyssa – I used my Panasonic LX5 cam and the standard lens that came with it for this picture.
Thanks for the tip, I will check out lightroom.
I do not know how to use photoshop also, and like you I am a newbie in photography. I would love to buy a new camera and pursue my love for photography
@zoan – photography is so much fun right …and yet complicated. I hope we learn the tricks soon. What kind of camera are you looking at?
I am thinking of buying a Nikon D90 or 7000D
Am I right? ehehe may ganun ba? ehehe
That is a very pretty flower. I Went to a Garden park in Savannah, Georgia and I saw a China Fur tree that I really like. It was a 70 ft. Tree with this furry pulp hanging off it all over. very pretty!!!!
You did a great job with this macro. I love it!
I love that it has tiny baby flowers in the middle… so pretty!
Now I know why plants suddenly grew in our plant boxes on the second floor. birds pala may kagagawan. =) nice shot=) did you use your LX5 here?
Thanks =) Yeah I used the LX5 for this. Ikaw are you happy with your buy?
