I told you the last time that I have already gained 11 kilos and I am a bit worried that I am getting too heavy. I asked some women here that I know about their weight loss stories after pregnancy. Some said it was easy because of the lack of sleep due to the new baby, they lost all the weight they have gained in no time. I wonder if the same would happen to me.
How about you guys, have you lost or retained all the extra pregnancy weight you gained? If yes how long?

Why not do some exercise and eat more vegetable and fruit . Don’t take rice if possible
