I am almost seventeen weeks and I’ve been having hip, knees, lower back and wrists pain. I asked other pregnant women about what I am experiencing and they said that it is normal. I also asked my doctor about it and he just said the same thing and that it should subside later. He told me to walk every morning and should also drink plenty of water before, during, and after exercise. He said that keeping my legs elevated for a couple of days will make my feelings better. He also recommended a joint pain treatment safe for pregnant women if the pain gets worse.
