When I was in elementary school we had to have a shoe cover so that the dirt on our shoes won’t get inside our classroom. I don’t know who came up with that but now that I think about it, it was pretty smart. I didn’t think though that there are actually shoe covers for shoes in the adult world. It is called overshoe. You wear this over your shoes so they are protected from foul weather or from walking in rough terrain.
